QUALITÀ Il Comitato Direttivo verifica periodicamente il processo di revisione peer-review al fine di introdurre possibili miglioramenti. DOVERI DEI REFEREE 1. Contributo alla decisione editoriale La peer-review è una procedura che aiuta i redattori ad assumere decisioni sugli articoli proposti e può aiutare l’autore a migliorare il proprio contributo. 2. Rispetto dei tempi Il referee che non si senta adeguato al compito proposto o che sappia di non poter svolgere la lettura nei tempi richiesti è tenuto a comunicarlo tempestivamente al Comitato Direttivo. 3. Riservatezza Ogni testo, assegnato in lettura ai referee in maniera anonima deve essere considerato riservato. Indicazioni di test I referee si impegnano a indicare con precisione gli estremi bibliografici di opere fondamentali eventualmente trascurate dall'autore. Conflitto di interessi e divulgazione Informazioni riservate o indicazioni ottenute durante il processo di peer-review devono essere considerate confidenziali e non possono essere usate per finalità personali. Nel caso il referee individui la paternità del saggio sottoposto alla sua valutazione ed esistano conflitti d’interesse dovuti a precedenti rapporti di&nbsp;collaborazione è tenuto a non accettare la valutazione, lo stesso dicasi nel caso si verificasse una situazione di concorrenza. Qualora il referee chieda modifiche al testo quale condizione della sua&nbsp;pubblicazione, e la Redazione le giudichi opportune, potrà verificarne l’adozione da parte dell’autore – nella misura in cui l’autore deciderà di accettarle – prima di dare&nbsp;il definitivo consenso alla pubblicazione. Originalità e plagio Gli autori sono tenuti a presentare all’esame per la pubblicazione contributi inediti e originali in ogni sua parte e di avere citato tutti i testi utilizzati. 2. Pubblicazioni multiple, ripetitive e/o concorrenti L’autore s’impegna a non pubblicare articoli che descrivono la stessa ricerca in più di una rivista. Proporre contemporaneamente lo stesso testo a più di una rivista costituisce un comportamento eticamente non corretto. 3. Indicazione delle fonti L’autore deve sempre fornire la corretta indicazione delle fonti e dei contributi menzionati nell’articolo. 4. Paternità dell’opera L’autore che invia il testo alla valutazione deve garantire che tutti coloro che abbiano dato un contributo significativo all’ideazione, alla realizzazione e alla rielaborazione della ricerca alla base dell’articolo appaiano come co-autori, e che abbiano dato la loro approvazione alla versione finale dell’articolo e alla pubblicazione. The protagonist is the architecture of the city of Rome, all built between 1911 and 1989 within the GRA, our contemporary city wall, whose analogies are arbitrary and questionable. Panteon aims to be a platform for architectural debate using the city of Rome as a pretext, as an infinite warehouse from which to draw answers to a potentially infinite number of questions. For each issue there is a call for papers published in the previous one, indicating the topic and the modalities of participation. For each call for papers, the editorial board will choose up to four articles. Sono sistemi, megastrutture, imprese che travalicano il singolo sguardo; episodi di una Roma che dialoga con visioni e teorie globali che hanno fatto della grande scala un manifesto. Se la piccola cosa seduce, la grandezza disorienta, sovrasta, ridefinisce; e, come in un carnevale, è il gigantesco, financo il grottesco, a rivelare nuove forme di meraviglia, dove il dettaglio si dissolve nella potenza del tutto. Designed by Zenodorus and cast in bronze, silver, and gold, the&nbsp;Colossus of Nero was one of the first monumental works created in&nbsp;Rome. The city, long celebrated for its complex layering, has always&nbsp;been a stage for grandiosities that exceed human scale. No longer&nbsp;hidden trinkets, but masses, expansive bodies, architectures that&nbsp;impose themselves as landscapes: the city expands, becoming a vast&nbsp;organism, at times indecipherable in its entirety. These are systems, megastructures, undertakings that transcend the&nbsp;individual gaze; episodes of a Rome that engages in dialogue with&nbsp;global visions and theories that have made the large scale a manifesto.
